1. Who we are
Joffers.eu is operated by Joffers BV, registered in [country] under company number [number], with its registered office at [address]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Joffers” mean Joffers BV; “you” means the company or individual that holds an account.
2. The service
Joffers is a web application that reads construction documents you upload, drafts a line-item scope of labor and materials using artificial intelligence, prices that scope against rates you configure, and produces offer documents. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for professional use.
3. Accounts
Registering creates a company workspace and an administrator user. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for the confidentiality of credentials, and for everything done under the accounts in your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of the company you register.
4. Free plan and trials
The free plan is offered without charge and with the usage limits published on our pricing page, which we may change with reasonable notice. Paid trials run for the stated period and convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We may suspend or end free access where it is used in a way that is abusive or clearly not the intended use.
5. Fees and billing
Subscription fees are stated excluding VAT and are charged in advance for each billing period. Usage above your plan's page allowance is billed at the published overage rate. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Late payment may lead to suspension after notice. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6. Your content
Drawings, schedules, rates, client details and everything else you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that material solely to operate the service for you — including sending document pages to our AI processing providers for extraction. We do not use your project content to train foundation models. You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload what you upload.
7. AI output and your responsibility
Extracted quantities, scope items and prices are a draft produced by automated systems. They can be incomplete or wrong, which is why every row is editable and uncertain rows are flagged. You are responsible for reviewing an estimate before relying on it, and for any offer you issue to a client. Joffers is a tool for a qualified estimator, not a replacement for one, and it does not provide professional, engineering or legal advice.
8. Acceptable use
Do not upload material you have no right to, attempt to break or probe the service’s security, resell access, scrape the application, or use it to build a competing product. Do not upload personal data beyond what a normal construction project requires.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practical, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Support is provided by email at support@joffers.eu during business hours.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost contracts, or the cost of work priced incorrectly. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, with notice and an opportunity to fix it where the breach can be fixed. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
